It was March Madness this last month! We started off strong with IAR testing which students did amazing on. We really pumped up testing and even changed our schedule on testing days. Students transitioned great and we are proud of everyone's hard work. We also had Read Across America at the beginning of month. It was fun to see teachers and students get into the spirit of reading. We even had crazy hair day!
Other events during March included Parent Teacher Conferences. It was wonderful to see all the parents and have the scholars show them around. Math Olympaid competed at the end of the month. We are so proud of all our 4th and 5th graders. Next 3rd Grade went to Enchanted Castle to learn about twisted Fairy Tales. The scholars had a blast.
Finally we ended before spring break with an assembly. The scholars celebrated all their hard work with IAR. There were pom poms, noise makers and more! The students loved cheering on the class that sold the most Smellows, as they got to pie Mrs. Hendricks in the face. Even Dr. Sullivan got into it!
March was amazing and we hope everyone had a great spring break. We look forward to April as we are halfway through our final trimester,
